When to Seek Urgent Care
Seek emergency care right away if back pain comes with loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness in the groin area, sudden leg weakness, fever, or follows a serious fall or accident.

Many people feel better staying gently active, but every situation is different. We'll give you practical guidance after your exam.
Do I need an X-ray?
Not always. The doctor decides after the consultation and exam whether imaging would be helpful.
